These terms govern access to and use of PrimeOutpost, operated by SecurityBite. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, for yourself and for the organization you represent.
PrimeOutpost is a security program platform. It gives your organization a sequenced roadmap, ready-made playbooks, a risk register, decision records, and mappings to compliance frameworks.
New organizations get 30 days of the full product with no card required. After that, continued write access needs a paid subscription. Without one the workspace turns read-only, so nothing is deleted and you keep hold of everything you put in.
Sign-in is passwordless, by emailed link or passkey, which makes your email account the key to your PrimeOutpost account. Look after it accordingly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for what the people you invite into your organization do. One account can belong to at most two organizations.
Use the service lawfully. Do not probe, breach or overload it, do not try to reach another organization's data, do not resell it, and do not use it to build a competing product.
The program data your organization enters stays yours. You grant us only the rights we need to operate the service, including processing by the providers named in the privacy policy. AI features, for example, send the relevant program context to Anthropic. We do not use your program data to train models.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which Stripe calculates at checkout. You can pay monthly or annually.
Cancel whenever you like from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused remainder. If a payment fails we hold your access for up to 30 days while it retries, after which the subscription cancels and the workspace turns read-only.
We may change prices, giving notice before a change applies to you, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Deleting your organization suspends it immediately and keeps it recoverable for 30 days, so export anything you want inside that window. After 30 days it is removed permanently and cannot be restored.
PrimeOutpost gives your security program structure and suggestions. It does not guarantee any security outcome, audit result or certification, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
AI-generated suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or simply wrong for your circumstances. Treat them as a starting point and review them before acting. The decisions in your program remain yours. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent the law allows, SecurityBite's total liability arising out of the service is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.
